  Dear Terry’s Heating, and Air Systems
  The Hill family would like to express our deepest customer appreciation for the outstanding support that your entire staff rendered us in trying to resolve issues with my father’s (Robert J. Bell) AC unit. We were impressed with the tenacity, dedication and customer focus of your responding technicians as well as their advocacy on our behalf in trying to ensure a successful outcome.
  Management also demonstrated that they stand by their word in terms of serving their customer base, going to bat for us, in efforts to assist my aging father, who has been a very loyal customer with your business, in providing timely and extensive repairs at very little cost, recognizing that he has taken it upon himself to ensure that bi-yearly inspections and repairs if needed are performed by your technicians. We could not ask for a better service support company, as you all have exhibited service above and beyond what we have experienced with other similar service providers in that area of Idaho, quality services that rival what we are now experiencing here in our new home in Boise.
  We will definitely be recommending your services to others, who may be looking for quality, honest, timely and fair priced Heating, Cooling products and services. Everyone to include the technicians, supporting staff and management should be commended for a job well done. We could not have asked for a more professional and caring engineering support team.
